2021 Golf Tournament

Please join us on October 10, 2021 for AACA Library’s 1st Annual Golf Tournament at the Hershey Country Club. 

Play as an individual or join the growing list of sponsors to support the event. Proceeds will benefit the AACA Library & Research Center’s mission of celebrating, collecting, preserving and sharing our automotive legacy. 

Your registration covers greens fees, gratuities, dinner and the opportunity to win:
* $25,000 in our hole-in-one competition
* $500 Callaway gift cards
* $1,000 in our Par 3 contest
* $10,000 during our putting contest and
* $75 Callaway gift cards. 
* Each player also receives a Poker Scratch card offering cash prices on every card!

Schedule of Events

10:30am to 12:00 noon — Registration at Picard Grand Pavilion

12:00 noon to 4:45pm — Golf on the East Course. Shotgun start, unless Covid protocols dictate Tee Times

4:30pm to 5:30pm — Reception at Pavilion Patio

5:00pm to 6:30pm — Dinner at Picard Grand Pavilion

Individual Golfers

The opportunity to golf at the Hershey Country Club doesn’t come around too often so we are happy to accept individual golfers for this event. Registration fee for individuals is $250 with full access to prizes, meals and swag bags!


Registration and payment is due by September 10, 2021.
Golfer names are due by September 30, 2021

Final Details…

** Soft spikes are required on the course.
** Appropriate attire is required. Shirts must have a collar.  Denim, cargo shorts and cargo pants are not allowed

AACA’s focus is on the health and safety of the participants, staff and surrounding community.  If the Covid-19 pandemic is still a factor at the time the event takes place, it is important that we follow current recommended CDC guidelines including social distancing, masks, etc. If we are unable to have a shotgun start, tee times will be assigned. 

No refunds will be made if it becomes impossible to start and/or complete the tournament due to adverse weather conditions.  If a cancellation occurs, players will receive a gift certificate for use at another time.
